A New Academic Journey Begins | ISA Wuhan School Registration Days Recap

As summer's heat gradually subsides, the golden autumn arrives. Bathed in morning light and lush greenery, the ISA Wuhan campus welcomed the first chapter of the new academic year.

On August 22nd and 24th, ISA Wuhan International School and ISA Wenhua School respectively held their registration days. These two grand events not only marked the beginning of the new semester but also, through solemn yet warm ceremonies, opened the door to growth for every student—new dreams take flight from here; new stories begin to unfold at this very moment.

From sign-in and admissions checks to financial confirmation, document submission, information registration, student photography, uniform collection, boarding and transportation arrangements, and medical and well-being support, every step was carefully organized and smoothly executed. Behind every warm welcome was a dedication to professionalism and care, setting a tone of partnership for the year ahead.

Registration Day was more than completing procedures—it was a full introduction to the ISA learning community. Parents and students followed clear routes through the campus, exploring the library, cafeteria, boarding displays, university counseling center, CCA programs, the ISA Charity Fund, Parent-Staff Group, ISA Academy, and other platforms. Each space showcased the school’s holistic education philosophy and diverse support systems, offering families a glimpse into a vibrant academic life ahead.

Parents at ISA demonstrate their support for the school through their enthusiasm. At the registration site, the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), composed of parents of returning students, proactively accompanied new students and their parents, patiently explaining the school's digital platform.

During exchanges between new and returning parents, what was shared was not just information, but the warmth and continuity of the ISA family. This helped new parents quickly integrate, building a solid bridge for home-school collaboration. As a result, ISA's PTA continues to thrive.

Gathering of Talents

Among these new educators are seasoned mentors with years of expertise in the IB curriculum, as well as rising talents skilled in STEAM interdisciplinary teaching. Their educational backgrounds span North America, Europe, Asia, Africa beyond. At ISA, teachers are not merely conveyors of knowledge but cultural bridges. Gathered here, they pave the way for our students to reach the world's most prestigious universities.

As diverse educational philosophies converge and varied cultures intertwine, this autumn we join our new faculty in fulfilling a promise of growth that transcends mountains and seas—all within this campus brimming with possibilities!

Welcome with all  heart

At the registration site, members of the Aisha Student Council and volunteers were bustling with activity. Students from elementary through high school spontaneously formed service teams. Some handed out bilingual guides, leading newcomers on campus tours and introducing classrooms and cafeterias; others gathered around new students, sharing campus life experiences.

Upperclassmen actively participated, demonstrating the communication and service skills of IB learners through their actions. This embodied the outcomes of Aisha's holistic education, allowing new students to immediately feel the school's humanistic care upon arrival.

Looking Ahead

With both registration days successfully concluded, the ISA Wuhan campus is alive with energy and anticipation. Orderly queues, enthusiastic exchanges, and hopeful eyes painted the first scene of this academic year. In the months ahead, students will deepen their knowledge, grow in confidence, and embrace a multicultural environment; parents will walk alongside the school, sharing in every milestone; and teachers will nurture each child’s dreams with expertise and passion.
