This summer, the ISA Wuhan Summer Camp, rooted in the philosophy of holistic education, served as a powerful springboard for students’ transformation—from acquiring knowledge to developing true growth capabilities—successfully supporting their critical leap from junior high to high school.

与世界对话,
联合国SDG主题探究




外教为这次夏令营带来的三大模块课程备受关注。同学们以联合国可持续发展目标为主题,紧紧围绕着生态系统、健康生活、可持续城市等议题展开学习探究,在这里学会与世界对话。
在生态系统与环境保护课程中,同学们以小组形式完成生态系统专题海报,呈现清晰的食物链逻辑与栖息地关系;
在健康生活与营养设计任务中,学生走进餐厅,亲自规划制作均衡餐食,训练语言表达与协作执行;
在可持续城市建构课程中,同学们用3D模型形式呈现城市布局,展现其对创新、绿色与社区功能的理解。建构方案藏着孩子们对绿色社区的创新与奇思妙想,各种时尚创意被同学们考虑安排得妥妥帖帖。
项目学习贯穿语言训练,概念理解与创意输出,帮助学生在真实任务中发展全球视野、行动意识与表达能力。

The three-module course series delivered by our international teachers became a major highlight of this year’s summer camp. Centered on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), students explored topics such as ecosystems, healthy living, and sustainable cities—learning to engage in meaningful dialogue with the world.
In the Ecosystem & Environmental Protection module, students worked in teams to create thematic posters illustrating clear food chain dynamics and habitat relationships.
In the Healthy Living & Nutrition Design module, students stepped into the school cafeteria to plan and prepare balanced meals—strengthening their language expression and collaboration skills through hands-on experience.
In the Sustainable Cities module, students built 3D urban models, showcasing their understanding of innovation, eco-friendliness, and community functionality. Their creative designs reflected imaginative thinking and thoughtful planning for future green communities.
Throughout the project-based learning journey, students developed global awareness, a sense of agency, and expressive power by integrating language practice, conceptual understanding, and creative output into real-world tasks.

探秘未知的银行故事



夏令营带领同学们走进银行,在真实场景里读懂金融。3周沉浸式银行研学,让课本上的金融知识鲜活了起来,同学们走进营业大厅,新奇地探秘着未知的银行故事,完成“从认识银行,到分析数据,再到理解可持续金融”的进阶过程:
储蓄流程、信贷规则、理财管理、风控教育等,了解银行运作流程让同学们更深刻地体验到金融服务对社会发展的贡献力量;同学们对着数据琢磨风控模型、了解绿色金融,将时代课题转变为自己的思索与思考。
银行探秘让学习跳出课堂,钻进了真实的场景里,在专业语境和价值辨析中,同学们不仅懂了银行,更学会了怎么和这个社会相处,有了理财的构想,亦初步开始建立起与社会系统互动的能力。

The summer camp took students inside real bank settings, allowing them to explore the world of finance firsthand. Over three immersive weeks, abstract textbook concepts came to life as students stepped into bank lobbies and uncovered the fascinating stories behind the financial system—completing a progression from understanding how banks operate, to analyzing data, and finally grasping the idea of sustainable finance.
Through activities like exploring savings procedures, loan regulations, wealth management, and risk control strategies, students gained deeper insight into how financial services contribute to social development. They engaged with real-world data to examine risk models and explored the principles of green finance—turning complex societal topics into personal inquiry and reflection.
This hands-on banking experience pushed learning beyond the classroom into real-world contexts. Immersed in professional language and value-based discussions, students not only demystified banking but also began to understand how to interact with larger social systems. They developed early concepts of financial literacy and began to build the capacity to engage meaningfully with society.

“将手伸进未来,我们一起探究”,这里的每一节课,都像是一场连接兴趣和能力、现在和未来的奇妙旅程。课堂上,研究脑机交互原理,设计3D模型,试着用人工智能分析金融数据……从好奇地观察拆解,到动手设计表达,学科的边界慢慢模糊,系统思维、动手能力和逻辑表达像小树苗一样慢慢成长起来,为高中STEAM学习播撒下了希望的种子。

“How does science and technology change our lives?” With this question in mind, students embarked on an exploratory journey into the world of technology during the summer camp.
“Reaching into the future, let’s explore together”—every class felt like a fascinating adventure bridging curiosity and capability, the present and the future. From studying the principles of brain-computer interfaces, to designing 3D models, to using AI to analyze financial data, students moved from curious observation and deconstruction to hands-on creation and expression. As disciplinary boundaries began to blur, their systems thinking, practical skills, and logical reasoning took root and grew—planting seeds of potential for future STEAM learning in high school.
