早会Morning meeting

水上训练On water training

一日总结：反思回顾，集体讨论

End of day meeting – sailing critique, technical discussion

训练营时长：6天（1月20日-25日）

Camp duration: 6 days (January 20-25)

每日训练时间：9:00-17:00

Daily training: 9:00-17:00

参营学生年龄：14-18岁

Age of participants: 14-18 years old

帆船经验：3-6年，有很好的帆船基础

Sailing experience: 3-6 years

座谈/线上直播时间：
