10月10日下午,會議圍繞教育初心與核心價值觀展開,強調教師的使命:修德正己,尚智求新,品德為先,以身作則,追求智慧與創新,勇於探索未來。學校堅信每位鯨帆學子皆有學習能力,致力培養具備全面素養、開放視野和卓越能力的未來領袖。全體教職員工隨後聆聽校監張永明博士主講的專題講座《教師操守與專業精神》。
On the afternoon of October 10, the meeting highlighted the school’s mission and values, emphasizing that teachers should lead by example, cultivate virtue, and pursue wisdom and innovation. Believing every Kingfan student can learn, the school aims to nurture future leaders with broad knowledge and an open mind. Staff then attended a lecture by Dr. Cheung on “Teacher Ethics and Professionalism.”
張永明博士是我校的校監,這也是他出任校監後首次為全體教職員工作專題培訓。張博士是香港教育界享有盛譽的專家學者,曾任香港考試及評核局秘書長、香港教育大學教務長,在教育政策、課程評核及校本管理等方面具有深厚經驗。
Dr. Cheung, our School Supervisor, is a highly respected education expert in Hong Kong with extensive experience in education policy, curriculum assessment, and school-based management. This was his first professional training session for all our teaching staff since assuming the role of School Supervisor.
教師發展日是鯨帆教師成長體系的重要組成部分。學校始終堅持「以教師發展促學校發展」的理念,通過系統培訓與持續學習,不斷提升教師的專業水平與教育格局,建設具備國際視野與教育情懷的專業團隊。
Teacher Development Day is a key part of Kingfan’s teacher growth system. Through training and continuous learning, the school builds a professional team with strong skills and an international outlook.

The school believes every Kingfan student can learn, and teachers guide them with firm yet caring support, nurturing broad knowledge, open-mindedness, and courage. Among colleagues, respect and efficiency are valued, fostering a collaborative, professional, and trustworthy team culture.

張博士以香港教育體系為藍本,從教師操守、同事協作、學生引領與專業規範四個維度展開講述。他強調,教師不僅是知識的傳遞者,更是價值觀與人格的引路人。
Dr. Cheung used Hong Kong’s education system to discuss teacher ethics, teamwork, student guidance, and professionalism, stressing that teachers guide both knowledge and character.
教師要謹慎處理個人與職業界線,恪守法治與合規要求;要以身作則、以愛育人,建立健康的師生關係;要尊重同事、有效溝通,形成積極向上的團隊文化;要在日常工作中堅守專業信念,維護教育的尊嚴與純粹。
Teachers should keep professional boundaries, follow rules, lead with care, build good student and colleague relationships, work well in teams, and uphold education’s integrity.
他指出,教育的公信力來自教師的操守,而學校的高度源於團隊的專業。唯有敬業正直、守正創新,才能在變化的教育時代中行穩致遠。
He said education’s trust comes from teacher integrity, and a school’s strength from a professional team. Dedication, honesty, and innovation help schools succeed.

鯨帆一直將教師培訓視為學校發展的核心動力。學校的教師發展體系與香港教育標準深度接軌,注重在理念、實踐與反思中促進教師成長。

The presentation was both a reflection on teacher ethics and a reaffirmation of professionalism. Teachers deepened their sense of responsibility, reflected, and kept improving through action.
