Good morning, l'm Ben from Class B Form 6, it's my honor to stand here and give a speech.

Today, l would like to share some thoughts on a skill that can change our school life and even our entire future-time management

Time is precious resource we have. Once time is gone, it never comes back. As high school students, we often feel that twenty-four hours a day is not enough Since there are so much homework, activities, and practice. We have no choice but to learn to arrange our time well.

Time management helps us keep balance between the study and entertaining time. When we plan our time well, we are able to finish homework for our need prepare for exams without feeling overwhelmed, and still enjoy hobbies, sports or time with friends. On the other hand, poor time management leads to stress anxiety, and sometimes even failure.

Setting priorities, making schedules, and sticking to them. Besides, cultivate habits, like doing practice as plan or reducing time spent on our phones, can make a big difference.

Please remember, managing time is managing life in fact. lf we can take charge of our time now, we will be better prepared for the challenges of future.

So, let us start today. Using time wisely, and time will reward you with success.
