Founded in 1988 as the first international school in Shenzhen, Shekou International School (SIS) has grown alongside the city’s innovation and development. Over the past 37 years, SIS has built a strong reputation as a trusted and forward-thinking international school.

The Class of 2025 achieved an IB average of 37 points, far above the global average of 30.5. Following a perfect score of 45 in 2024, this year, two students scored 44, and 39% achieved 40+ points.

Graduates are heading to world-renowned universities, including Oxford, Cornell, University College London, and the University of Hong Kong.
