赋能教学·引领专业｜全国DSE英语教师培训在鲸帆圆满举行

2025年6月29日，“全国DSE英语教师专业培训课程”在鲸帆顺利举行。来自粤港澳及全国多地的中学英语教师齐聚一堂，共同探讨香港中学文凭考试（HKDSE）英语科的评核标准、教学方法与课堂实践。整日培训节奏紧凑、内容充实，现场氛围热烈高效，反响热烈。

On June 29, 2025, the National DSE English Teacher Training Workshop, was successfully held at Kingfan. Teachers from across the Greater Bay Area and beyond joined to explore HKDSE English teaching and assessment. The training was focused, practical, and well-received.

此次培训由牛津大学出版社与广州国图联合打造，鲸帆作为承办单位和专注于DSE教学的港人子弟学校，为课程提供了真实、成熟的教学环境和完善的教研支持。这不仅是一场专业赋能的教师培训，更是鲸帆长期深耕DSE教育、坚持港式课程原味还原的又一次实践与呈现。

This training was organized by Oxford University Press and Chinese International Book Trading Group Co., Ltd. Kingfan, as the host and a DSE-focused school, provided a real teaching environment and strong support. The workshop showed Kingfan’s ongoing commitment to DSE education and authentic Hong Kong-style teaching.

一直以来，我校学与教团队在英语教学板块，特别重视评核标准的精准把握与课堂实践的有效转化，教师团队长期参与HKDSE评分体系研究、教材共建与教学反思，积累了丰富的教学案例与第一手实操经验。此次培训，不仅是一次面向区域教师的专业分享，也成为鲸帆学与教团队深化理解、持续学习的重要契机。培训过程中，鲸帆的老师们认真参与、积极交流，在对话与实践中不断拓宽教学视野，并将在未来课堂中灵活运用所学、不断优化教学策略。

Our teaching team focuses on understanding HKDSE assessment standards and applying them in class. They have experience in scoring research, material development, and teaching reflection. This training was a valuable chance for Kingfan teachers to learn and share. They actively took part, gained new insights, and will use what they learned to improve future lessons.

课程回顾

本次培训围绕DSE英语四大卷别展开，涵盖阅读、写作、听力与口语评核，节奏紧凑，聚焦实操。上午通过真题讲解与现场批改，帮助教师精准把握评分标准与教学重点；下午则聚焦口语教学与评估，结合案例分析与教学共创，提升课堂实效与评核能力。培训期间，我校学与教副主任商振霆作专题分享，系统讲解“合作学习与小组互动”的教学策略，内容深入浅出、实操性强，令在场教师深受启发，充分体现了鲸帆在DSE教学领域的专业深度与引领作用。

The training covered all four HKDSE English papers. In the morning, teachers worked on past papers and marking to better understand assessment standards. The afternoon focused on speaking skills through case analysis and group lesson planning. Mr. Sheung, our Deputy Director of Teaching and Learning, gave a well-received talk on cooperative learning, highlighting Kingfan’s strong expertise in DSE teaching.

本次课程由牛津大学出版社特邀讲师主讲，其曾任教于香港圣保禄中学，拥有丰富的第一线教学经验与评核研究背景，讲解逻辑清晰、内容实用、表达亲切，赢得在场教师的一致好评。

The course was taught by an Oxford University Press lecturer with experience at St. Paul’s Secondary School, Hong Kong. The clear and practical lessons were well received by all teachers.

培训结束后，所有参训教师获得由牛津大学出版社与讲师联合签发的结业证书。这不仅是一份专业认证，更是一段关于教师成长与职业信心的见证。

After the training, all teachers received certificates from Oxford University Press and the lecturer. The certificates recognize their growth and confidence as professionals.

未来，鲸帆将继续作为牛津大学出版社在深圳的合作培训基地，持续开展DSE教师发展项目，联动多方资源，为更多区域教师提供高质量的专业成长支持。鲸帆相信，每一次对教师的赋能，都是对学生未来的注脚；每一份对专业的坚持，终将沉淀为教育的厚度。
