在生成式 AI 飞速发展的当下,教育正经历学习方式与教学模式的深层重构。高藤为顺应趋势,逐步构建起系统化的 AI 教育体系:为学生开设基于 AI 的 PBL 项目制学习课程;为教师打造赋能教学的AI应用类Workshop,积极重塑着学生的学习路径、教师的教学逻辑,以及学校整体的育人方式。
Amid the rapid rise of generative AI, education is undergoing a profound transformation in both learning methods and teaching models. In response to this trend, SMCS has been gradually building a systematic AI education framework: offering AI-based PBL courses for students, and providing AI-empowered teaching workshops for teachers. Together, these initiatives are reshaping students' learning pathways, teachers' instructional approaches, and the school's overall philosophy of education.
“AI 赋能教学” Workshop作为学校推进创新教育的重要抓手,它的核心目标,不只是让教师会用工具,而是帮助他们理解 AI 的底层逻辑,以科学方法实现“智慧减负、从容教学”,并在持续实践中不断拓展课堂的边界与可能性。
As a key driver of the school's innovation-oriented education, the "AI-Empowered Teaching" Workshop aims not only to help teachers use AI tools, but more importantly to deepen their understanding of AI's underlying logic. Through scientific methods, it enables "smart workload reduction and confident teaching," while ongoing practice continually expands the boundaries and possibilities of the classroom.

活动前,教研组围绕教师实际教学场景和掌握情况开展深入调研,发现三大关键需求:
Before the workshop, the academic team conducted an in-depth survey based on teachers' real classroom scenarios and their current level of AI proficiency. The research revealed three key needs:

How can teachers efficiently create high-quality teaching materials and resources?
How can AI help reduce the workload of marking, plagiarism checking, and providing feedback?
How can AI become a tool that enhances student learning rather than creating dependency?

Based on these findings, the workshop was designed as a complete learning cycle—Function Exploration→ Hands-on Creation → Expert Review—which also led SMCS to develop four long-term teaching support systems:

近日举办的AI 赋能教学 Workshop项目由校内外专家及校长组共同参与评审。活动开场,Jenny 老师示范了多类 AI 工具在教学中的实际应用,为教师清晰呈现从资料快速整理、课件框架生成,到情境案例设计与互动任务构建的完整应用链路。
The recent AI-Empowered Teaching Workshop invited both internal and external experts, along with the school leadership team, to participate in the evaluation process. To kick off the event, Teacher Jenny demonstrated a variety of AI tools in real teaching scenarios—clearly showcasing a full application chain, from rapid information organization and courseware framework generation to scenario-based case design and interactive task creation.
随后的创作环节中,教师分组进行限时设计,并完成教学产品路演。各组选题多样,呈现出跨学科创新的亮点。
During the hands-on design session, teachers worked in groups under a time limit and completed a final product showcase. Each group selected different themes, presenting interdisciplinary and innovative ideas.

A 组教师围绕知识结构化学习,设计了“交互式静态受力分析小程序”和“心理学交互式信息平台”。前者通过方向提示、互动练习与潜台词识别训练,让物理学习更直观;后者则结合自学模块、测练系统与闪卡测试,实现心理学知识的即时巩固。
Group A focused on structured knowledge learning, designing an "Interactive Static Force Analysis Mini-Program" and a "Interactive Psychology Information Platform." The mini-program enhances physics learning through directional hints, interactive exercises, and implicit-message recognition, making abstract concepts more intuitive. The psychology platform combines self-learning modules, practice systems, and flashcard reviews for instant knowledge reinforcement.

B 组教师以“艺术小侦探”概念重构艺术课堂,通过游戏化情境引导学生观察与推理,并设计了积分和奖励机制,让艺术欣赏变得更具互动性和沉浸感。
Group B reimagined the art classroom with the concept of "Art Detectives." Through gamified scenarios, students are guided to observe, infer, and develop critical thinking, supported by a point and reward system that adds interactivity and immersion to art appreciation.

C 组教师开发了“智能学习健身助手 APP”,为不同年级提供学习进度管理、每日任务提醒和知识掌握追踪,并加入生物动画帮助学生更高效理解知识点。同时,APP 结合“身心一致性成长”理念,引入健身任务记录模块,将学习与健康管理结合在一起。
Group C developed an "Intelligent Learning & Fitness Assistant App." It provides progress management, daily task reminders, and knowledge tracking for different grade levels, enhanced with biological animations to deepen understanding. In line with the concept of "holistic mind-body growth," the app also includes a fitness task tracker that integrates academic learning with health management.

D 组则从语言学习与心理关怀两个角度切入,设计了“Lingua Sphere AI 英语单词网页”与“学生心理智能干预页面”。单词网页基于 ESOL 词表,支持听写、高频词抓取与个性化学习路径;心理干预系统通过数据模型进行风险预警,并提供情绪调节工具与心理自助手册,为学生建立基础的心理支持渠道。
Group D approached from both language learning and psychological well-being, creating a "Lingua Sphere AI English Vocabulary Website" and a "Student Psychological Support Interface." The vocabulary site is based on the ESOL word list and supports dictation, high-frequency vocabulary extraction, and personalized learning paths. The psychological support system uses data models for risk alerts and provides emotional regulation tools and self-help guides to build a foundational support channel for students.

Despite the limited time, all groups produced high-quality teaching solutions powered by AI. From classroom interaction to learning management and emotional support, their work demonstrated the multidimensional potential of AI in education. The results make one thing clear: when teachers truly master AI, the boundaries of the classroom expand infinitely.

Through deep AI-integrated training such as the Workshop, teachers are no longer confined to traditional teaching models. Instead, they are rethinking teaching objectives, content, and methods—with AI embedded throughout the entire instructional process to enhance quality and efficiency.
