This initiative will establish a structured and encouraging tutoring system through the Tutee Code, the Tutor Code, and the Tutor Guide written by Principal Chris. The plan also includes the development of an online system for intelligent pairing, attendance tracking, and volunteer hour logging, along with incentive mechanisms to boost student engagement.

In the future, the Academic Department hopes the school will support this initiative by offering PB presentations, recommending outstanding students to join, providing dedicated classrooms, and implementing incentives such as team-building activities, Tutor Packs, and exclusive lockers. Through peer collaboration, students can share the joy of growth and let the sparks of knowledge shine even brighter.

财务部提出成立“学生自治基金会”的构想，旨在为校园公益注入新动能。该基金会拟设理事会、外宣部与财务部，通过规范化组织结构激发学生的公益热情。未来将设有定期换届机制，并在新学年启动培训。

The Finance Department proposed the establishment of a "Student Self-Governed Foundation" to bring new vitality to campus philanthropy. The proposed foundation would include a Board of Directors, a Public Relations Division, and a Finance Division. Its structured organization aims to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for public service. A regular election cycle and training program will be launched in the new academic year.

To support the refinement and implementation of the proposals, the forum included an interactive discussion session. This forum vividly showcased Hongrun Boyuan students’ sense of ownership toward campus development. From academic support to daily services, from athletic facilities to smart campus initiatives, every proposal reflected creative thinking and heartfelt passion for building a better school. What’s especially commendable is that students not only identified problems but also demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, offering many practical and feasible solutions.
