经学校研究决定，任命Keryn Dowling女士为昆山狄邦华曜学校小学部校长。该任命自2025年8月1日起正式生效。

在此，我们向小学部创校校长邹菁女士致以诚挚的感谢。作为昆山狄邦华曜学校小学部的奠基者，邹校长以其前瞻性的教育理念和不懈努力，成功构建了小学部的课程体系与管理框架，培育了一支专业敬业的教师团队，为学校的蓬勃发展奠定了坚实基础。我们衷心感谢她在过去六年为学校发展所做出的卓越贡献。

Keryn Dowling女士拥有逾二十年的卓越必威Betway中文版领导经验，曾在欧洲、亚洲等多所知名国际学校担任小学部校长、课程总监等核心管理职务。Keryn女士拥有教育领导力硕士学位，长期致力于探究式学习、全人发展及多元文化融合为核心理念的教育实践。她注重教师赋能与社区合作，善于建设积极、开放、包容的学习文化。

Keryn Dowling女士的加入，将进一步推动我校小学部的教育品质与管理专业化发展，为教师团队注入国际前沿的教育理念，也为学生提供更加多元和全面的成长路径。我们相信，她的卓越领导力和深厚的教育情怀，将为学校发展提供新的动力，创新未来，大有可为。

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Keryn Dowling as the Principal of the Elementary School at Dipont Huayao Collegiate School Kunshan, effective August 1, 2025.

This appointment follows careful consideration of the school's ongoing commitment to excellence in K-12 education.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ms. Zou Jing (Zoe), the founding Principal of the Elementary School. Principal Zou's visionary leadership and dedicated efforts have been instrumental in establishing the school's curriculum, developing its management framework, and cultivating a highly professional teaching team. Her contributions over the past six years have laid a strong foundation for the school's continued success, and we extend our heartfelt thanks for her outstanding service.

Ms. Keryn Dowling brings over 20 years of distinguished leadership experience in international education. Her extensive background includes key management positions such as Head of Elementary School and Director of Curriculum at several well-regarded international schools across Europe and Asia. Ms. Dowling holds a Master’s Degree in educational leadership and demonstrates a deep commitment to inquiry-based learning, whole-person development, and multicultural integration as essential educational principles. She is also dedicated to fostering teacher empowerment and community collaboration, and has a proven ability to build positive, open, and inclusive learning environments.

The addition of Ms. Keryn Dowling to our leadership team will further enhance the quality of education and leadership within our Elementary School. Her expertise in international education will be a valuable asset to our teaching staff and will provide our students with more diverse and comprehensive opportunities for growth. We are confident that Ms. Dowling's leadership and dedication to education will guide our school into a successful new chapter.
