Q: You have just been accepted into the highly prestigious MGIMO in Russia. What course will you study there?
A: Government, International Politics and Law.
Q: What is your expected Diploma score?
A: 38.
Q: What has been your favourite subject and/or teacher during your time here, and why?
A: My favourite subject is History. I really enjoyed learning the content and being able to choose topics that were most interesting to me personally.
Q: NAIS is a small school. How has this helped you in your IBDP studies and your preparation for universities and beyond?
A: This helped me focus on my studies and allowed me to get the best support from my teachers.
Q: You have only been in the school for IBDP. Despite this what might you miss about the school or what might be your favourite memories of it?
A: The really friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Q: Do you have a career plan for life after university? If so, then please share your goals.
A: I would very much like to become a diplomat and take direct part in the work of the Russian government.
Q: If you had one piece of advice for students currently in Y12 (and the school generally) in terms of the final year in school, what would it be?
A: Find the balance between school work and leisure.
