暑意渐浓,新学期的筹备正在紧锣密鼓展开。佛山暨大港澳子弟学校不仅迎来了一批充满活力的新教师,更以一场覆盖新老教师成长全需求的教师培训,为全体教师搭建专业成长桥梁。2025年8月13日至29日,我校启动教师培训,从入职适应到学科深耕,从规则学习到实践落地,内容兼具实用性与针对性。其中,DSE学科体系专项培训与KLA培训两大课程,成为本次培训的“硬核支撑”,助力教师以专业姿态迎接新学年挑战。
As summer heat intensifies, preparations for the new semester are underway. Foshan ASJ not only welcomes a group of dynamic new teachers but also builds a bridge for professional growth through a comprehensive training program addressing all faculty development needs. From August 13 to 29, 2025, our school launched a comprehensive teacher training program. Covering everything from onboarding adaptation to subject-specific training, and from policy learning to practical implementation, the content is both practical and targeted. Among these, the DSE Subject System Specialized Training and KLA Training courses serve as the “core pillars” of this training, empowering teachers to meet the challenges of the new academic year with professional confidence.

深耕DSE教研,锚定升学教学方向
作为我校特色教学体系的关键板块,DSE课程质量直接关系学生升学发展方向。如何让教师精准把握DSE教学逻辑,将抽象的课程要求转化为可落地的教学实践?本次培训开展分层专项指导,给出了清晰答案。
As a key component of our school's distinctive teaching system, the quality of the DSE curriculum directly impacts students' academic progression. How can teachers accurately grasp the teaching logic of the DSE and translate abstract curriculum requirements into actionable teaching practices? This training session provided tiered, specialized guidance, offering clear solutions.

按培训安排,学术副校长林沛仪女士率先开启课程,从香港教育整体概况及发展历程切入,结合S1-S6学生完整升学路径,系统拆解DSE核心架构。大到核心与选修科目的选课搭配逻辑,小到评核的评分细节,再到关键学习成果与评估目标的对应关系,让教师们摸清了课程设计的底层逻辑。每一堂课的目标设定,都需紧扣学生能力培养与评估要求。
According to the training schedule, Ms. Lam Vice-Principal (Academic), kicked off the program by providing an overview of Hong Kong's educational landscape and its developmental trajectory. She systematically deconstructed the core framework of the DSE examination, integrating it with the comprehensive progression pathways for students from S1 to S6. From the broader logic of subject selection combinations for core and elective courses to the finer details of assessment scoring, and further to the alignment between key learning outcomes and assessment objectives, she enabled teachers to grasp the underlying logic of curriculum design. The objectives of each lesson must be closely aligned with student competency development and assessment requirements.


此外,新教师们更参与“一门三校DSE学科培训+一堂好课”集团培训,与兄弟校区教师交流教学经验、碰撞教学设计灵感。
Additionally, new teachers participate in the “ASJ DSE Subject Training + Exemplary Lesson” group training program, where they exchange teaching experiences and spark inspiration for instructional design with colleagues from sister campuses.


从课堂管理到笔记指导,全维赋能学习
课堂是教学主阵地,良好的秩序与德育引导是提升教学质量的前提。彭主任与杨主任联合开展课堂管理准则、教师德育培训,围绕建立积极学习氛围,分享实用策略。培训中,彭主任梳理我校课堂管理核心规则,结合实际场景举例教“见招拆招”;杨主任则强调德育融入日常教学,邀请校内优秀教师分享实务经验,让教师在案例交流中获得启发。此外,培训还设置互动讨论环节,教师们交流心得,碰撞出诸多可落地的教学思路。不少教师表示,此次培训让自己明白“课堂管理是引导而非约束,德育是渗透而非说教”,这为后续教学提供了清晰方向。
The classroom is the primary arena for teaching, where orderly conduct and moral guidance form the foundation for enhancing educational quality. Directors Peng and Yang jointly conducted classroom management guidelines and teacher training in moral education, sharing practical strategies centered on fostering a positive learning environment. During the training, Director Peng outlined our school's core classroom management rules, illustrating “countering tactics with tactics” through real-life scenarios. Director Yang emphasized integrating moral education into daily teaching, inviting outstanding faculty members to share practical experiences. This case-based exchange provided valuable insights for educators. Additionally, interactive discussion sessions allowed teachers to exchange ideas, sparking numerous actionable teaching approaches. Many participants noted that the training clarified the principles that “classroom management is about guidance, not restraint, and moral education is about permeation, not preaching,” offering a clear direction for future teaching practices.





课堂笔记则是连接教师教学与学生吸收的关键纽带,一份清晰、高效的笔记能帮助学生梳理知识逻辑、强化记忆效果。赖主任剖析当前学生课堂笔记的常见问题,结合不同学科特点,分享实用策略“引导学生做好课堂笔记”的具体方法,真正实现“教知识”延伸到“教方法”,助力学生提升学习效率。
Classroom notes serve as the vital link between teachers' instruction and students' learning. Clear, efficient notes help students organize knowledge structures and enhance memory retention. Director Lai analyzes common issues with students' note-taking practices and shares practical strategies tailored to different subjects. These methods guide students in taking effective notes, extending teaching beyond mere knowledge to include learning techniques, thereby boosting students' academic efficiency.




KLA体系实践,趣味互动中深化认知
为帮助教师更深入理解香港教育课程逻辑,培训特别设置“香港教育局‘学会学习 2+— 香港学校课程’体系解读”环节。黄主任指出,该课程以培养学生终身学习及自主学习能力,促进学生全人发展为双目标,构建起从幼稚园到高中的贯通培养路径,包含七个学习宗旨、五种基要学习经历,覆盖核心科目、选修科目与其他学习经历。
为避免理论讲解的枯燥,黄主任采用“游戏化教学”方式。引导教师们根据 KLA(学习领域)划分的课程内容,对筛选出的图片进行“盲拼挑战”。这种趣味互动不仅活跃了培训氛围,更让教师们在协作中深化对KLA体系的理解。
To help teachers gain a deeper understanding of the logic behind Hong Kong's education curriculum, the training specifically included a session titled “Interpreting the Hong Kong Education Bureau's ‘Learning to Learn 2.0 – Hong Kong School Curriculum’ Framework.” Director Huang emphasized that this curriculum establishes a dual objective: cultivating students' lifelong learning and self-directed learning abilities while promoting their holistic development. It constructs a continuous learning pathway from kindergarten through secondary school, encompassing seven learning aims, five essential learning experiences, and covering core subjects, elective subjects, and other learning experiences.
To avoid the tedium of theoretical lectures, Director Huang employed a “gamified teaching” approach. He guided teachers to undertake a “blind puzzle challenge” using selected images based on curriculum content categorized by Key Learning Areas. This engaging interactive activity not only energized the training atmosphere but also deepened teachers' collaborative understanding of the KLA framework.

赋能DSE阅卷能力,精进教学策略
此外,由暨南大学港澳子弟学校集团教育研究院组织开展HKDSE英文教学与阅卷能力”教师专题培训也成功举行。活动特邀香港知名DSE英语补习中心创始人、资深HKDSE英文科阅卷专家An Air先生担任主讲嘉宾,为我校高中英语教师带来了一场内容扎实、贴近实战的专项辅导。
Additionally, the ASJ Education Research Institute successfully organized a specialized training session for teachers on “HKDSE English Instruction and Marking Competency.” The event featured Mr. An Air, founder of a renowned Hong Kong DSE English tutoring center and a seasoned HKDSE English subject marking expert, as the keynote speaker. He delivered a substantive and practical specialized workshop for our high school English teachers.

随着港澳子弟教育需求的日益增长,香港中学文凭考试(HKDSE)的重要性愈发凸显。其英文科目不仅考核学生的语言基本功,更注重批判性思维与综合应用能力,这对一线教师的教学与备考指导提出了极高的要求。本次培训正是为了精准提升我校教师在DSE方向的专业素养和教学效能,从而更好地助力学生升学与发展。
With the growing educational demands of students from Hong Kong and Macau, the importance of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) has become increasingly prominent. Its English subject not only assesses students' fundamental language skills but also emphasizes critical thinking and comprehensive application abilities, placing exceptionally high demands on frontline teachers in both instruction and exam preparation guidance. This training program is specifically designed to enhance our faculty's professional expertise and teaching effectiveness in HKDSE preparation, thereby better supporting students' academic advancement and development.

An Air先生凭借其多年深耕DSE辅导与阅卷工作的丰富经验,为在场教师进行了深入浅出的分享。他紧密结合近年DSE考试的最新趋势与真题案例,逐一剖析了阅读、写作、听力和口语四大模块的评分标准要点与常见失分点。此外,他还分享了众多高效课堂设计技巧、时间管理策略以及学生常见问题的应对方法,讲解生动具体,现场互动频频。
参与培训的教师纷纷表示收获颇丰。“培训内容非常‘接地气’,解答了很多我日常教学中的困惑,”一位与会老师分享道,“特别是对阅卷细节和评分标准的精准解读,让我今后在指导学生时目标更明确,方法也更有的放矢了。”
Mr. An Air, drawing on his extensive experience in DSE tutoring and marking, delivered an insightful presentation to the attending teachers. He closely examined the latest trends in recent DSE examinations and analyzed actual exam questions, systematically breaking down the key scoring criteria and common pitfalls across the four major modules: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. Additionally, he shared numerous effective classroom design techniques, time management strategies, and approaches to addressing common student challenges, presenting the material in a vivid and concrete manner.
Participating teachers unanimously expressed that the training was highly rewarding. “The content was incredibly rich and addressed many uncertainties I face in daily teaching,” shared one attendee. “Especially the precise interpretation of marking details and scoring criteria will help me guide students with clearer objectives and more targeted methods going forward.”

本次合作是校方与专业教育出版机构协同赋能教师发展的一次成功实践。未来,学校将继续致力于搭建更多元、更高质量的专业发展平台,持续完善教师支持体系,最终为港澳子弟提供更优质、更与国际接轨的教育服务,护航学生的梦想之路。
This collaboration represents a successful practice of the school partnering with professional educational publishers to empower teacher development. 除两大特色课程外,本次培训还按安排涵盖SEL课程、ECA课程、校宝系统操作、校园安全演练等实践内容,从融入、成长、实战三个阶段为教师提供全方位支持。8月29日的开学前大会将总结培训成果、部署新学期工作,形成“学习—实践—复盘”的完整闭环。
In addition to the two signature courses, this training program also includes practical components such as SEL courses, ECA courses, operation of the School Treasure system, and campus safety drills. It provides comprehensive support for teachers across three phases: integration, growth, and practical application. The pre-school assembly on August 29 will summarize training outcomes, deploy new semester tasks, and complete the full cycle of “learning-practice-review.”
