Miss Ashley Chen holds a Master degree of Science Education from The University of Hong Kong. She has many years of experience in A-Level Biology teaching and classroom management. During her teaching career, one of her students was awarded ‘TOP in China’ in Cambridge AS exams . Ashley provided tutorials for biology students on British Biology Olympiad (BBO) and Intermediate Biology Olympiad (BIO), helping students achieved the Global & Silver Award in BBO and the Gold Award in BIO. And she was awarded the Outstanding Coach in Intermediate Biology Olympiad 2022. She prepared students for university admissions tests and interviews which facilitated students to receive offers of admission from the world’s top universities. In Biology teaching, she focuses on inspiring and interactive classroom teaching with student-centred teaching philosopher, emphasizing students' thinking and team work during scientific inquiry.

She is well versed in the British art education system and has extensive experience of teaching GCSE and A-Level courses in a number of local secondary schools in the UK. She specialises in stimulating students' creativity through differentiated teaching and learning, with a particular focus on the personalised development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Jason Li, who once taught in a nationally renowned high school, was a key member of Mathematics Teaching and Research Office in Guangzhou. He has more than ten years of teaching experience in Qingbei class of provincial key middle and high schools. Many of his students have been successfully admitted to famous schools such as Tsinghua University and Peking University. He has won the first prize in the municipal teaching competition, the honorary title of excellent teacher in Huangpu District, Guangzhou. The class he led won the provincial Lei Feng excellent class. He has published many papers in provincial and national journals, and participated in the compilation of the 13th Five-Year Plan project "Practical Research on the Infiltration of Mathematical Ideas in High School Mathematics Classroom Teaching". Hongmei Yang used to be a top female golfer in China and one of China's first professional golfers. She has 24 championships and ranked No.1 for five consecutive years. After 2013, she shifted her focus to golf teaching and training, especially for teenagers, and made fruitful efforts. Zhang Weiwei, a teenage player whom she coached, won the China LPGA Tour Order of Merit in 2019, and Zhang Yunjie, another player she coached, once played for the Chinese national team. Adept at short-game technical teaching, she focuses on basic training and integrates theory and practice in teaching step by step. Currently, Hongmei works at FLA as the Head Coach of Varsity Golf Team. She has established a multi-tier training system, and led the school team members to achieve good results in many large competitions at home and abroad.
