Jasper Wang, a postgraduate student in Education Management and Leadership at the University of Portsmouth, is a National Family Education Instructor and was awarded "National Excellent Instructor" by China's Ministry of Education and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League in 2022. As a Key Teacher in Jilin Province, he has 16 years of teaching experience with deep expertise in Chinese language instruction and family education. Ten papers from research projects he led have been published in journals including China Education, Education Weekly, and New Education Times.He believes that "knowledge precedes education, and happiness outweighs excellence". Approaching, perceiving, and understanding students are prerequisites for effective teaching, while cultivating a kind-hearted, diligent, and life-loving child embodies the essence of educator's mission.

Tracy Yang earned a Master’s degree in TESOL Studies from the University of Leeds, UK. Passionate about education, she is committed to educational equity through domestic and international volunteer programs. She has developed extensive experience in both TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and TCFL (Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language).At FLA, she contributes to establishing the MLA (Moral Literacy Advancement) project, promoting the integration of character education and project-based learning (PBL) through student-led initiatives. She contributed to the development of the IELTS Speaking and Listening Textbook and has conducted in-depth research on standardized English assessments, including IELTS. She specializes in multidimensional analysis of exam requirements.During her tenure at FLA, she delivered multiple open classes with a lively, approachable teaching style that resonated deeply with students. An expert in pedagogical analysis, she implements impactful curriculum innovations. Daniel Venter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Tampa and earned his Florida teaching license through the University of West Florida. He is certified to teach Biology up to grade 12. After graduation, he volunteered with the American Conservation Experience, leading invasive species removal projects in multiple National Parks.Beyond his passion for science education, Daniel is an active member of the sports community. Prior to joining FLA, he taught English in Beijing for six years. He believes language learning thrives in supportive environments where students speak freely without fear of judgment.

Enrico Perciballi, originally from Canada, has lived and worked in China for nearly 15 years. With extensive experience teaching students of all ages, he holds a degree in International Business and a Master’s in Education.His background in teacher training, science, and technology enabled him to develop a specialized English STEM course for Grades 3 and 4, integrating technology to motivate and inspire learners. Enrico believes effective student motivation is key to fostering a joyful and productive classroom. In his free time, he enjoys family movie nights, go-karting, reading, and building and riding longboards.

Coco Zheng graduated from Shanghai Normal University with a bachelor’s degree. During her studies, she participated in programs such as a K12 education system internship in California, USA, and a summer program at Yonsei University in South Korea. She later earned a Master’s degree in International Chinese Language Education from The Education University of Hong Kong and was selected for an internship at Swarthmore College, a top liberal arts college in the United States.She has taught Chinese at renowned international schools in Shanghai and Zhengzhou, leading teams to research Chinese pedagogy. Her work explores innovative approaches like heterogeneous instruction, unit-based teaching, and task-group teaching, igniting students’ interest in Chinese learning and cultural appreciation. She believes Chinese education should be a space where teachers and students freely express ideas. Mia Chen holds a Master of Arts from the University of Macao and a Bachelor of Arts from China University of Petroleum (East China). She possesses both a Primary School Language Teacher’s Certificate and an International Chinese Language Teacher’s Certificate. She has taught Chinese at renowned international primary schools in Qingdao and Hangzhou and has conducted Chinese language instruction at the Confucius Institute at the University of Macao.As a language teacher, she firmly believes that "language is the window to thinking" and therefore focuses on inspiring children’s imagination and expression. As a homeroom teacher, she helps each child build confidence and responsibility through attentive observation and warm companionship.
