当第一缕晨光刺破云层，当鲜活的背影踏入校园，都是青春最鲜活的序章。我们以一场庄重的升旗仪式，开启了新的一周。

pre1班的崔同学深藏不露，竟然是空手道八年之久的资深高手，毫不吝啬的与大家分享了关于学习空手道这项运动的心得体会。

Cui, a student from Pre1 class, surprised everyone by revealing her eight-year journey in karate. She generously shared insights into learning this martial art.

随着5月的开始，又到了文明班级评选的揭榜时刻，本次揭晓的是4月文明班级，究竟是哪个班级，即将揭晓。

With the arrival of May, it’s time to unveil the winners of the April “Civilized Class” title. Which classes made the list? The suspense is about to break.

无人机课程的高效运行并没有随着考试紧张的氛围停下脚步，同学们的热情只增不减，重量级比赛也即将到来，雷老师就比赛规则为大家进行了详细讲解。

The momentum of the drone course remains undiminished despite the pressure of exams. Student enthusiasm continues to grow as a major competition approaches. Teacher Lei provided a detailed explanation of the competition rules.

在武道的世界里，空手道以独特魅力吸引着无数爱好者，pre1班崔同学也为此深深着迷。空手道是全身性运动，对爆发力、力量、速度等身体素质提升显著，无论是追求健康、学习防身术，它都能带来意想不到的收获。

In the world of martial arts, karate captivates countless enthusiasts with its unique charm, including Cui from Pre1 class. As a full-body workout, karate significantly enhances physical qualities like explosive power, strength, and speed. Whether pursuing fitness or self-defense, it offers unexpected rewards.

崔同学在 2023 年上海市锦标赛的经历，令人印象深刻。尽管她拼尽全力，却因实力差距遗憾落败，可这场失利没有让她放弃，反而成为成长的动力。空手道的腰带级别划分明确，从白色到黑色（十段），越往后考取难度越大。崔同学考棕带时，为掌握两个套路花费一两个月，还得兼顾力度、节奏等多方面要求。

Cui’s experience at the 2023 Shanghai Championships left a deep impression. Despite her utmost effort, she lost due to a skill gap. Yet, this defeat fueled her growth rather than discouragement. The belt system in karate is rigorous, ranging from white to black (tenth dan), with increasing difficulty. To earn her brown belt, Cui spent months mastering two katas while balancing demands on power, rhythm, and precision.

运动的意义不止于强健体魄，更在于磨炼意志。每一次出拳、每一次实战，都是对自我的挑战。希望大家都能像崔同学一样，在热爱的运动中挥洒汗水，收获成长。

The essence of sports lies not only in physical fitness but also in mental fortitude. Every punch and sparring session is a challenge to oneself. May we all, like Cui, sweat passionately in the sports we love and grow through perseverance.

经过一个月的综合考量，备受瞩目的4月文明班级评选结果正式出炉！本次评选秉持公平、公正、公开的原则，从班委会建设、班级文化建设、学风建设、日常行为规范、宿舍管理等多个维度对各班进行评估。各班同学积极参与，在文明建设的道路上奋勇争先，涌现出众多优秀集体。最终Pre1班、Pre2班、As2荣获前三甲。

After a month of comprehensive evaluation, the results of April’s “Civilized Class” competition are finally revealed! The assessment adhered to principles of fairness, transparency, and impartiality, covering aspects such as class committee development, cultural initiatives, academic ethos, daily discipline, and dormitory management. All classes participated actively, striving for excellence. Ultimately, Pre1, Pre2, and As2 claimed the top three spots.

第七届全国青少年无人机大赛的号角即将吹响，无人机社团的同学们已经开启紧锣密鼓的备赛模式。大赛的项目丰富多样，雷老师在本次晨会带大家深入了解了这场大赛的规则。

The seventh National Youth Drone Competition is approaching, and the school’s drone club has entered intensive preparation. At this assembly, Teacher Lei dissected the competition rules.

不同项目对无人机的要求也各有不同。比如个人飞行赛，小学组和初中组、高中组（含中专与职高）在机型、轴距、电机类型、起飞重量等方面都有明确规定。

Different events impose varying requirements. For instance, in the Individual Flight Race, distinctions exist between primary, junior high, and senior high divisions (including vocational schools) regarding drone models, wheelbase, motor types, and takeoff weight.

个人飞行赛是旋翼类比赛，根据飞行得分和时间排定名次。每位选手可带 2 架飞行器进入场地，有两次飞行机会，以较好成绩作为最终比赛成绩。这过程中，每一个动作都考验着大家的操控技巧和应变能力。成绩评定也有明确标准。完成全部比赛科目并完美着陆，满分为 150 分。不同科目对应不同分值，比赛时不仅要追求速度，更要注重操作的精准度。

The Individual Flight Race is a rotorcraft event where rankings depend on flight scores and completion time. Each participant may bring two drones and has two flight attempts, with the better result counted. Every maneuver tests control skills and adaptability. The scoring system is precise: a perfect landing after completing all tasks earns 150 points. Speed matters, but precision is paramount.

即将到来的大赛，是挑战，更是机遇。在赛场上，或许会遇到信号干扰、操作失误等突发状况，但请别害怕，把每一次挑战都当作成长的历练，就像曾经面对复杂的飞行科目，经过反复练习，最终都能出色完成一样。相信在老师的指导下，通过大家的努力训练，你们的努力一定会收获满意的结果。

This competition is both a challenge and an opportunity. On the field, signal interference or operational errors may occur, but fear not—treat each hurdle as a chance to grow. Just as you’ve mastered complex flight tasks through relentless practice, trust that your hard work, guided by teachers, will yield rewarding results.
