Mr. Lee Sanders, the current Head of School at ISASC , has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in state, private, and international schools, and has long been committed to enhancing educational quality and promoting school excellence. His first experience in China was at YK Pao School, where he constructed the high school programme, leading IB, CIS and WASC accreditations, and pioneered blended Chinese and International curricula which has become recognised as one of the best schools in the country. He later served as Executive Principal (International)  at Guangzhou Foreign Language School IB Diploma Programme, successfully guiding the school through IBO evaluation. Under his leadership, the first two graduating classes were admitted to world-leading universities such as the University of Cambridge, University College London (UCL), UC Berkeley, UCLA, and the National University of Singapore.

现任爱莎科学城总校长Lee Sanders先生，拥有逾25年在公立、私立及国际学校担任高级领导职务的丰富经验，长期致力于提升教育质量与推动学校卓越发展。Lee曾在上海包玉刚实验学校担任高中副校长，从零构建高中课程体系并带领学校成功通过国际文凭组织（IB）、国际学校协会（CIS）及 美国西部学校与学院教育联盟（WASC）等国际认证，其开创的中西融合课程体系已成为国内顶尖国际学校的标杆范例。加入爱莎后，Lee曾出任广州外国语学校IBDP课程外方执行校长，成功带领学校通过IBO评估，并帮助该校首两届毕业生升入 剑桥大学、伦敦大学学院、加州大学伯克利分校、加州大学洛杉矶分校和新加坡国立大学等世界顶尖学府。

ISASC fuses the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme  with the UK National Curriculum standards. It also contains outstanding  specialist lessons, Language programme and Co-curriculum, creating a high-quality, creative and diversified education model that students can  receive a genuine international education, connecting with the world and  becoming lifelong learners with an international perspective.

ISASC works closely with parents to provide positive support to our students. Families, together with our team are committed to create a harmonious learning environment for students which they will benefit from both physically and psychologically. The school organises regular events such as "Parent College" and "Curriculum Night" where outstanding educators from the school discuss topical educational issues with parents and grow together with their children.
