5天以来，同学们从晨光微露练至夜幕低垂，皮肤晒黑了，衣服湿透了，但身姿更挺拔、目光更坚定。震天的口号、整齐的步伐，是青春与坚毅最动人的合鸣。休息期间的团康活动与教师、家长的默默支持，更让这次军训成为凝聚集体、温暖彼此的成长熔炉。

For five days, the students trained from dawn till dusk. Their skin tanned and clothes soaked, but they stood taller and gazed more firmly. Loud chants and synchronized moves reflected their resolve. Group activities and support from teachers and parents made the training a bonding experience.

训练场上，军体拳刚劲有力，匕首操锋芒初露，旗语操整齐如虹；消防演练中，学生亲身体验灭火操作，掌握自救技能；国防课堂里，爱国电影与升旗仪式点燃赤子之心，让家国情怀深植于心。

On the training ground, students performed martial arts, dagger drills, and semaphore exercises with precision. During fire drills, they learned to operate extinguishers and master survival skills. In defense classes, patriotic films and flag-raising ceremonies ignited their love for the country.

结营汇演上，同学们以磅礴的气势接受检阅，展示了军事训练的优秀成果。校领导为表现突出的集体与个人颁发证书，充分肯定了同学们的拼搏与成长。秦金华校长在闭幕致辞中勉励学子：将坚毅品格、纪律意识和爱国情怀融入日后学习与生活中，以奋斗姿态担当时代使命。

At the closing ceremony, the students displayed their skills in a grand parade. The school recognized outstanding groups and individuals with awards. Principal Qin Jinhua encouraged students to carry forward the spirit of perseverance, discipline, and patriotism in their studies and daily lives.

国防教育虽已落幕，但坚毅的种子已在青春土壤中生根发芽。相信华外学子必将以此为契机，在未来的人生路上持续奋进，让青春在为祖国、为民族的不懈奋斗中绽放绚丽之花！

Though the program has ended, the seeds of resilience have been planted. HW students will continue to strive and let their youth bloom in the pursuit of national and ethnic dreams.
