So much fun! 华外携手全国蹦床时空联赛，以AI科技赋能体教融合新实践

2025年全国蹦床时空联赛（广州赛区）于8月24日在我校热力开赛。作为赛事承办单位之一，华外同文外国语学校将以此次大赛为契机，推动蹦床运动融入校园体育体系，探索“体育+教育”创新路径。

The 2025 National Trampoline Spatio-Temporal League (Guangzhou Division) kicks off on August 24 at HW. As one of the hosts, HW is using the event to integrate trampoline into school sports and explore innovative “sports + education” approaches.

我校首次组织学生参与大众蹦床比赛，参赛队伍覆盖多个年龄段：从幼儿园5岁小选手，到三年级“资深玩家”，再到刚入选黄埔区区队的准一年级新生。这支充满活力的“新生力量”，正是学校深化体教融合的生动体现。

For the first time, HW is entering students in a mass trampoline competition, with teams ranging from 5-year-old kindergarteners to third-grade “veterans” and a soon-to-be first grader selected for the Huangpu District team. This young team reflects the school’s commitment to sports-education integration.

“我们一直希望打造‘体育+教育’特色课程，这次借助全国联赛平台，既让学生接触专业赛事，也为蹦床运动融入校园探索路径”，我校体育教研组长龙老师表示。以赛事为桥梁，学校将进一步整合大众蹦床资源，计划开设蹦床兴趣班、组建校队，结合AI体育设备开展常态化训练与趣味赛事，让蹦床成为校园体育文化的标志符号。

“We aim to build a ‘sports + education’ curriculum. This league lets students experience professional competition while helping us explore ways to bring trampoline into campus life,” said Mr. Long, head of HW’s PE department. HW plans to launch trampoline clubs, form a school team, and use AI sports tech for regular training and fun competitions, making trampoline a signature part of campus culture.

赛事引入多项AI黑科技，为我校体育教学提供新思路：

The event features cutting-edge AI tech, offering new ideas for PE teaching:

• 数字人“黄跳跳”与智能大屏实时显示比赛成绩，让每位选手清晰了解动作完成度与得分细节；

  Digital avatar “Huang Tiaotiao” and smart screens display real-time results, showing each performer’s scores and details.

• “魔盒”AI测训一体机可快速完成身体数据采集，为选材和训练提供科学依据；

  The “Magic Box” AI tester quickly collects body data, supporting player selection and training.

• 室内AI体育锻炼屏内置标准动作教程和趣味训练项目，帮助学生自主练习、巩固动作，实现“运动+教育”双重价值。

  Indoor AI sports screens offer standard tutorials and fun exercises, enabling self-practice and skill-building.

以本次联赛为起点，学校将持续推动蹦床运动融入体育课程与课后服务，让专业运动成为学生喜闻乐见的锻炼方式。未来，我们还将拓展蹦床校队训练体系，结合AI设备开展常态化教学，为黄埔区“一校一品”建设提供实践案例，助力区域青少年体育素养全面提升。

Starting with this league, HW will integrate trampoline into PE classes and after-school programs, making professional sports a popular activity for students. Future plans include expanding the school trampoline team and using AI tech for regular training, setting an example for Huangpu’s “One School, One Feature” initiative and boosting youth sports literacy.
