As they prepare to leave, they wish to express their sincere feelings: gratitude to their teachers for their guidance and care, and to their classmates for studying and growing together.
初中三年，有挑战，也有收获。印象中最难熬的，是备考的那段日子。那时，我需要同时完成社区项目（Community Project）、备考高中、推进一个比赛项目，并准备雅思考试。几乎每天都要忙到晚上九点才能休息。然而，我依然凭借清晰的计划表和坚定的信念，坚持了下来，并在高压中锻炼了时间管理和抗压能力。
My Three Years in Middle School: Challenges and Growth.Middle school was a journey of both challenges and rewards. The most grueling period was undoubtedly exam preparation season. Juggling a community project, high school entrance exam prep, a competition project, and IELTS studies meant I rarely finished work before 9 p.m. Yet, through meticulous planning and sheer determination, I persevered—honoring my time management and resilience under pressure.

My proposals were repeatedly rejected or even mocked, which left me exhausted. But I learned a vital lesson: not everything will please everyone, and what matters is staying true to your vision. The second was a business competition in eighth grade. Our team created a brand called *Red Silk*, and during the Q&A, I improvised a highlight about the name’s significance. Though we didn’t win, I gained invaluable lessons in teamwork and product design. Another milestone was joining the debate team. For my first tournament, I revised scripts daily, drilled mock debates, and practiced rebuttals. The process was intense but exhilarating, and the camaraderie made it unforgettable.

I cherished every moment at school—sharing pizza, strategizing in Werewolf games, summiting Mount Tai amid misty breezes for group photos, and celebrating birthdays with cake and laughter. The classes were equally inspiring: PE wasn’t just laps around the track, Chinese lit wasn’t just textbooks, and math wasn’t just problem sets. Learning felt alive, bridging knowledge and real life. Extracurriculars and volunteer work further shaped me in unexpected ways.

Take it from me: in seventh grade, my math scores were disastrous, I skimmed through literature, and my attention wandered in class. Back then, I believed adolescence was for revelry, not rigor—until one afternoon in eighth grade changed everything. I began completing assignments meticulously, engaging in lessons, and committing fully to team trainings. To my surprise, learning became less daunting. Eventually, I swam for our varsity team, sprinted for track, spiked for volleyball, captained the basketball team, and clinched two gold medals at sports day. None of this would’ve been possible without my family’s steadfast support, my teachers’ patient guidance, and friends whose encouragement fueled every stride.
