爱育未来|华外公益创投首轮项目温暖启航
第一届“爱育未来”华外公益创投活动,由广东省岭南教育慈善基金会、华外同文外国语学校联合主办,广东省长江公益基金会新中体美生公益基金支持。活动围绕联合国 17 项可持续发展目标,鼓励学生及家长团队立足身边社区,提出切实可行的公益项目方案,践行“全球思考,本地行动”。
活动自启动以来,收到学生、家长、老师等多方关注。提交申报的项目主题也涵盖心理健康、障碍人群社会共融、体育健康等不同领域。经过广东省岭南教育慈善基金会、华外同文外国语学校、广东省长江公益基金会三方评审代表的综合打分,于7月20日公布第一轮入选项目组名单。
1st "Love Nurtures Future" HW Public Mini-Project
Co-hosted by Guangdong Lingnan Education Charity Foundation and HW Tongwen Foreign Language School, with support from Guangdong Yangtze Charity Foundation. Centered on the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals, we empower students and families to design actionable community projects — "Think Global, Act Local".
Since launch, we’ve received strong interest across mental health, social inclusion for people with disabilities, and sports wellness themes. After panel review, on July 20th, we proudly announce Round 1 selected projects!
7月27日晚,五个获资助项目团队首次亮相于第一轮项目启动会,与华外公益创投活动主办方云端相聚,分享项目初心与内容,用切实行动回应社会需求。
On July 27, 1st “Love Nurtures Future” Public Welfare Mini-Project successfully kicked off its first project launch. Five funded teams debuted their initiatives—sharing visions and concrete actions to address social needs.
会议中,岭南基金会项目专员温玮棋介绍项目执行安排,包含财务管理、赋能支持、成果评估等方面。
最后,岭南基金会副秘书长黄义老师总结,项目初心是“公益育人”,关注受益群体真实需求,也聚焦华外学子的成长。期待今天的项目发起者,成为明日推动公益生态的种子力量!
At the meeting, LECF Program Officer Wen Weiqi detailed implementation protocols covering financial compliance, and capacity-building support.
LECF Deputy Secretary-General Huang Yi concluded: "This Program prioritizes beneficiary needs while developing HWFLS students’ leadership competencies through service-learning.May today’s pioneers become tomorrow’s social innovation catalysts."
项目发起人是华外301班学生黄张凌的爸爸黄伟军和妈妈张丽霞。项目缘于陪伴孩子成长时发现情绪疏导的重要性。通过走访调研,他们发现粤北地区清远市新城小学也在积极寻求更多心理资源的支持,希望助力学生的身心健康发展。
“相比华外丰富的心理资源,这所学校的3000多个孩子只配备2位心理老师……”因此项目组筹划,利用校园的闲置楼梯间,为孩子打造可以说悄悄话的“树洞花园”!后期也将探索华外师生与该校的心理健康长期支持机制。
张凌爸爸说,“孩子更懂同龄人的需求,让孩子也参与空间设计与布置”。同时提出,希望能有更多在儿童心理健康、空间设计等相关领域的专业人士支持。
Co-Created "Whisper Garden"
Huang Weijun & Zhang Lixia (parents of HWFLS CEP301 student Zhangling) initiated this project upon realizing emotional support needs during parenting. Field research showed Xincheng Primary School in Qingyuan, northern Guangdong urgently requires psychological support for student well-being.
"While Huawai has abundant resources, its 3,000 students share just two counselors." The team repurposed an unused stairwell into a "Whisper Garden" for children to confide secrets, planning to establish sustainable mental health partnerships between the schools.
"Children best understand peers’ needs—they’ll co-design the space," says Mr. Huang. He also seeks professionals in child psychology or spatial design to join.
项目发起人是华外校友雷轩畅,与华外701班的弟弟雷轩昊及同学一起,联动社会企业“手心咖啡”,带华外学子走进视障咖啡师的世界。
项目将开展“勇气挑战盲冲咖啡”和“深度与视障群体交流”等活动,用沉浸式体验打破大家的认知隔阂,并制作短视频、图文等传播,扩大影响力。
7月20日,项目组带着同学们到“手心咖啡”与视障咖啡师开展了第一次的体验活动,和视障咖啡师们展开了深入的交流,参与者们收获颇多。轩畅分享,“过程中的磕磕碰碰,让孩子们真切感受到视障群体的不易与坚韧。”
更惊喜的是,同学们还观察到视障群体用手机的方式,积极提出:"我们可以给手机公司写建议信,优化读屏功能!"公益种子开始萌芽!
Alumni Lei Xuanchang (with brother Xuanhao, CEP701) partnered social enterprise Brew Heart Coffee to guide HWFLS students into visually impaired baristas’ world.
Activities like Blind Brew Challenge and Dialogue in the dark will bridge understanding through immersive experiences. Short videos and visuals will amplify impact.
On July 20, students gained firsthand insights interacting with visually impaired baristas at Brew Heart Coffee. "Bumps and spills during the process truly revealed their resilience," shared Xuanchang. Notably, one student observed their phone usage and proposed: “Let’s submit proposals to tech firms optimizing screen readers!” The seed of change is planted.
项目发起人是华外家长林绮晴,她的孩子黄浩森、黄煜琳分别就读华外小学305班、EABA课程小学502班,这次项目更带动起同班级的其他家长与学生共同参与。她说,“体操是运动之父,可以从小培养起良好的体能、柔韧性及协调性。自己的孩子就从中受益,但大众少有机会接触。"
项目将以蹦床运动为切入点,组织孩子们拍摄宣传短视频,并将在8月8日“全民健身日”于体育中心设置"蹦床+X运动"趣味游戏摊位,后续更推动体操课程进校园。通过公益推广打破资源壁垒,让蹦床这项运动能惠及更多的孩子,从自受益,到ta受益,家家都受益。

家长与学生们参与积极!
Lin Qiqing (parent of HWFLS students Haosen CEP305 & Yulin IEP502) initiated this project with class families. "Gymnastics builds vital foundations—strength, flexibility, and coordination," she says. "My children thrived, yet public access remains limited."
Using trampoline as a gateway, participants will produce an awareness campaign short about it. On August 8 (National Fitness Day), they’ll host "Trampoline Plus" game booths at sports centers, later advocating school gymnastics programs.
Breaking resource barriers, this movement will empowering more children and families.
The team kicked off internally on July 30 with active parent-student engagement!
“小小运动家” 黄埔区童真联合幼儿园及社区幼儿公益体能活动
项目发起人是华外小学104班学生谢一悦的妈妈林少慧。她关注幼儿教育与体育健康,在走访童真联合幼儿园时,发现园内大多孩子是外来务工子女,缺少专业体能课程,社区多数家庭也存在运动陪伴的不足。
项目计划为普惠性幼儿园和社区开发公益体能课程(大众蹦床),并带动华外低年级学生一起发挥体育特长,担任“小小公益示范员”。
项目将不仅让孩子展现能力,同时也收获公益分享的喜悦。项目还将定制“家庭体能包”,为更多家庭提供易操作的运动陪伴指导,尝试建立 “幼儿园 + 社区” 联动的公益服务模式,为普惠园及社区儿童帮扶提供可复制案例。
Lam Siu Wai (parent of HWFLS CEP104’s Xie Yiyue) addresses fitness gaps at Tongzhen United Kindergarten, where migrant-background children lack professional physical programs. Most local families also struggle with active family engagement.
The project develops free fitness curricula (community access trampoline) for kindergartens and communities, training HWFLS lower graders as junior fitness mentors to demonstrate exercises.
Beyond skill-building, children gain joy through contributing. Custom "Family Fitness Kits" will equip households with easy exercise guides, piloting a replicable kindergarten + community support model.
First fitness class held on July 31.
