中考前的几个月，我经历过焦虑、紧张、欣喜、庆幸等情绪状态，随模考的进行而令信心摇摆不定。但最终坐在中考考场上的那一刻，仿佛是这段时间以来最轻松的。
所以，拥有稳定的心态（相信平时专注而又刻苦的自己），不要患得患失是备考过程中最需要的东西［其实一轮复习完之后，在知识层面，该准备好的都准备好了（前提平时认真听课），剩下就考验心态和细致］。
中考前夕，或许在压力作用下，易忽略与他人相处的时光。希望学弟学妹们能在备考过程中享受到初中三年最后的时光。
Maintain a calm mindset during exam prep. While the months before the high school entrance exam brought anxiety, nervousness, and fluctuating confidence with each mock test, actually sitting for the real exam felt surprisingly calm. The key is trusting your diligent preparation and avoiding overthinking gains and losses. By the final review stage, if you've studied consistently, your knowledge is ready – what remains is testing your composure and attention to detail.
Remember to cherish your final days in junior high amidst the pressure; don't overlook time with classmates.

当收到广州二中录取通知书的那一刻，三年的初中时光仿佛在眼前汇聚成光。回首在华外的日子里，我深切感受到：成长，是一场与优秀相遇、向未来奔赴的蜕变。
在这里，我遇见了严谨治学的老师，他们不仅传授知识，更点燃了我探索未知的热情；遇见了并肩奋斗的同窗，彼此激励的时光让奋斗之路充满力量；遇见了丰富多彩开阔视野的舞台，从选修二外西班牙语课堂的风趣到华外独有的户外探究课程，每一次尝试都在拓展我的眼界。

Receiving Guangzhou No.2 High School's acceptance letter made my junior high years flash before me. At HWFLS, I learned: Growth means pursuing excellence and the future.

成功从非一蹴而就的侥幸。
1.将每一次失误视为进步的契机，反复研习、深挖根源。精准定位薄弱环节，进行专项强化，减少无谓失分。
2.学会合理规划时间，优先确保基础题稳操胜券，规范书写步骤，把握答题节奏。
3.中考不仅是知识的较量，更是心态的博弈。面对压力，学会自我调适或通过运动或借音乐舒缓心情，考前切忌慌乱刷题，平常心中，激发潜能。
中考并非终点，而是人生长卷中浓墨重彩的一笔。它教会我如何脚踏实地地耕耘，如何沉着冷静地应对挑战，如何在压力下保持内心的从容与坚韧。这份积淀下来的学习方法与磨砺而成的心性，远比一纸分数更为宝贵，它们将成为我奔赴下一程山海最坚实的行囊。
