Moving Up Ceremony | 成长之路,见证精彩


The ceremony began with student-led performances. Children used dance, singing, drama and fashion show to express themselves, switching naturally between Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
These multilingual performances reflected their confidence in communication and awareness of different cultures.
在典礼的开场环节,孩子们用舞蹈、歌唱、戏剧和走秀等方式进行多语表演,语言自然切换于普通话、英语和粤语之间,展现了在多语言环境中发展出的沟通能力与文化感知力。

Each performance involved understanding rhythm, language and emotions, as well as working with peers through practice and collaboration.
每一个节目背后,都有孩子们对节奏、动作、语言、情感的理解与演绎,也有他们与同伴共同排练、协商、调整的合作过程。





In this process, children explored participation, responsibility and expression—key qualities valued in IB learning.
孩子们以自己的方式体验了“参与感”“责任感”与“表达力”。这正是IB学习中重视的——让孩子在真实任务中发展综合素养。



Children invited families into their classrooms to explore their Unit of Inquiry learning.
Through drawings, crafts, photos, models and handmade books, they shared their thinking and explained what they had observed, questioned, researched, acted on and reflected upon.
孩子们邀请家长走进教室,展示他们围绕主题探究所积累的学习成果。孩子们以主题探究为线索,展示自己在学习过程中所经历的观察、提问、调查、行动与反思。
他们通过图画、手工、照片、模型、自制图书等多种形式表达思考,并主动向家长讲解自己的作品和发现。



The displays showed not only their understanding of environmental and social issues, but also their growing sense of responsibility and ability to take action.
Learning here happens through real experiences—not by being told, but by doing and discovering.
这些成果不仅展现了对环境、自然与社会议题的理解,更体现出孩子在探究过程中形成的责任意识和行动能力。
学习不是被动接受,而是在真实情境中不断生成和发展的过程。

The Moving Up Ceremony was not just an end, but a reflection and new beginning.
Whether on stage or in the classroom, children took the lead in sharing their learning journey-demonstrating the IB belief that students are active participants in their own growth.
升班典礼不是终点,而是一次阶段性的回顾与延伸。
不论是舞台上的表达,还是教室里的展示,都清晰地传递出IB教育所关注的——孩子是学习的参与者和推动者,他们在理解世界的同时,也在不断建构自我。
