The move from kindergarten to primary school is a major milestone in every child’s life.

At ASJ, we see primary transition as a key part of early childhood education. Starting in the second term of K3, primary school subject teachers - in Chinese, Math, and English - come to the kindergarten once a week to teach lessons. These regular sessions give children a real taste of primary school learning, while staying in a familiar, comfortable setting. It helps reduce anxiety and builds excitement for what lies ahead.
Real-Life Primary School Experience
In addition to classes, our K3 children also took part in immersive experience days at the primary school. They visited real primary school classrooms, joined lessons, and had lunch in the school cafeteria.
